One of the original Auping nightstands turned into a warm, elegant accent piece. The body was repainted in Flexa “Rabarber”, a soft red with just enough depth to feel vintage but modern at the same time. The curved front keeps the classic Auping shape, while the new hand-painted gold linework gives it a clean Art Deco edge. The finish was done by hand in layers, keeping a bit of the wood texture visible beneath the paint, so it feels alive rather than flat. Subtle brass-toned feet complete the look. Compact, practical, and full of quiet charm — a small piece that still manages to stand out.
