How we ship

Because every Nera Upcycles piece is unique, we also treat shipping as a crafted step in the process. We pack, wrap, and prepare your item so it arrives safely and in the condition you saw online.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship items: usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Custom / refurbished-to-order pieces: because they are finished and cured before shipping, please allow 2–3 weeks before dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation (and tracking, where available) once your parcel is with the carrier.

Shipping methods

We work with reliable EU carriers for small/medium items, and with furniture or freight couriers for larger pieces.

  • Domestic / EU deliveries via DPD or UPS
  • Larger furniture via specialized courier
  • Local pickup from our workshop by appointment

Shipping is calculated based on size, weight, and destination. For oversized pieces or combined orders, we may contact you with an adjusted quote.

Sustainable packaging

Wherever possible, we reuse or recycle packing materials. Furniture is wrapped securely, edges are protected, and we try to avoid unnecessary plastic.

International shipping

We can ship selected items internationally. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. For large or fragile pieces, please contact us before buying so we can advise on the safest option.

Damages & delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the piece. We will look at repair, partial refund, or replacement — depending on the item and what’s possible.
